Dear Sir,
I would like to apply for a job as a teacher at a Dutch highschool or college.I have been teaching in Germany since 1975,with two inter-
1.In 1980 I spent two months at the university in Rostov-on-Don.
There I took part in a special Russian course.
2.From August 1992 till November 1994 I had been teaching at a highschool in Kansas City,Missouri.I just returned home
because my aunt had died.Over there I gave lessons in German,Russian,History and Geogra-
phy.Besides these subjects I have been teaching Astronomy since 1988. I got my Master`s degree in English and Russian (including history, geography, literature and
social studies of theUK,the USA,Australia,Russia and the former Soviet Union) from the Friedrich-Schiller-University of Jena in 1975.I have regularly taken part in qualifying courses.I am very interested in your country. It would be an ineteresting challenge to me. I have also been watching the Dutch tv-stations for five years now.If it were not possible to get a job in Amsterdam,I would also take one in another Dutch city. Thanks for
your trouble.
Yours faithfully
