Review

A very small place near Rembrantsplein., yet I still managed to get a dinner party of eighteen (!) into the place (though the staff did seem initially very hesitant to handle such a large group (17 NL natives and one American) they they really made it a very very enjoyable evening.....great simple modernist ambience, service was very attentive yet seamless, and great care was taken make sure that the nuances of Thai cooking were exemplary in the dishes spiced "killer" (their term for "heat" on the menu- ya gotta love that!). I'm a spicy squid aficionado, and the chef at Take Thai knows his stuff. Will definitely return.
