Review

We thought this place was great. Very close to the Rijksmuseum (sp?) in a less congested, family-residence part of town, but still within reasonable walking distance of the central city -- even the train station if you have time. Our room was attractive, clean and comfortable, with a "warm" decor. The breakfast was ample and tasty but not extravagant. The bathroom was good-sized and well-kept. The small, single elevator was only a minor problem. The staff seemed knowledgeable and attentive. We didn't use the restaurant, but it was open throughout much of the day. The hotel is one or two blocks from a very exclusive shopping district, lots of major designer names, if you like that sort of thing.
