Amsterdam's best kept secret. This restaurant has had its ups and downs over the years but now is definitely an up time for them. All the food is organic and the menu changes weekly as well as having a separate specials menu. Following the slow food organic trend the menu is mostly seasonal has a choice of fish, meat and pasta dishes. The wine list is also good and moderately priced, they won the house wine of the year award for 2006. I eat here almost ever week, I hope I have not let the cat out of the bag.
